Pastor Foy came to Prince of Peace in June 2002 from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne to serve as our vicar. In the summer of 2003 he received the Divine Call of the Lord through Prince of Peace congregation to serve as our pastor and he was ordained December 7, 2003 upon completing his theological education. He is married to D
